This 40-year-old woman came to Dr. Crantford’s Charleston plastic surgery practice for a breast implant exchange.
She opted to have a small reduction in the size of her implants as well as a breast lift to reshape her breasts. Dr. Crantford performed the breast implant exchange using Sientra 255 moderate plus profile breast implants with a breast lift and lateral chest liposuction to give her the new shape she desired.
