Dr. Louis E. Costa is a board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the director at Crantford Costa Plastic Surgery in Charleston, South Carolina. He specializes in refining, rejuvenating, and reconstructing facial features to help his patients put their best faces forward.

Dr. Costa works alongside his fellow surgeons to deliver exceptional, natural-looking outcomes that elevate the very best in each person’s unique appearance.

Experience

Dr. Costa obtained his D.M.D. degree as the First Honor Graduate, recipient of the Dean’s Award and the prestigious “Golden Hands Award.” Subsequently, he received his M.D. degree, for which he was given the Special Award for Scholarship, having graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

He has completed residencies in oral and maxillofacial surgery and head and neck surgery. He concluded his training with an extended fellowship in facial plastic surgery.
