How the Referral Program Works

1. Join the Program: There’s no need for a formal sign-up process. All our existing patients are automatically eligible to participate in the referral program.
2. Make Referrals: Tell your friends and family about CC Skin Clinic’s high-quality services, professional staff, and exceptional care you’ve received. Encourage your referrals to mention your name during their first appointment or when they book their consultation.
3. Track Your Progress: After your referral’s first visit, we will notify you of the successful referral and your earned reward; you can contact our office anytime to inquire about your referral status. 
4. Receive Your Rewards: Once a referral completes their first appointment, your $100 reward will be banked. After your fifth referral, we will process your $500 bonus in addition to the $100 per referral, making your total rewards $1,000 for five referrals.

Terms and Conditions

• Referrals must be new patients to the CC Skin Clinic
• The referral must complete their initial service for the referring patient to earn the reward
• Rewards can only be spent in the CC Skin Clinic
• CC Plastic Surgery + SKIN Clinic reserves the right to modify the referral program at any time
