For enrollment into the Skin Clinic Society membership, please call our office or schedule an initial consultation with our Skin Clinic online. We’ll discuss your needs and available options during the initial personalized consultation.

No complementary services can be carried over from month to month. No discounts for unused services. Membership perks cannot be combined with other offers. If the membership fee is not paid for more than a month, the plan is terminated and all benefits are forfeited. Must give a 30-day notice to terminate your membership. All treatment must be rendered on the same visit unless extra treatment picked does not allow it (then the treatment needs to be rendered the same month) with or without membership cancellation. 

*Please be advised that to qualify for the $1 discount on Botox and the $50 discount on filler, these services must be provided within the Skin Clinic. If you receive Botox or filler treatments from our surgeons in the Plastics Clinic, you will only be eligible for the 10% discount on treatments/products available in the Skin Clinic.
