This female patient was unhappy with the appearance of her chin. She felt that the excess fat under her chin made her face and neck look full, giving her the appearance of being overweight. Dr. Ulm performed submental (chin) liposuction to remove the excess fat and used Renuvion to tighten and lift the skin during surgery to enhance the outcome.
