Patient 159: Breast Augmentation with Motiva Implants

A 38-year-old female patient presented with concerns regarding small breast size and a desire for improved volume and symmetry. After consultation and evaluation, she elected to undergo bilateral breast augmentation.

The procedure was performed by Dr. Crantford in Charleston, SC, using Motiva implants placed in a submuscular position to achieve a natural contour and optimal support. Due to mild asymmetry, a 300cc implant was placed in the right breast and a 320cc implant in the left breast to enhance overall balance. Photos are shown at 8 weeks post-op.
