Breast BEFORE & AFTER Patient 199: Motiva Preservé Breast Augmentation
*Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.

Before & After
A 34-year-old female patient underwent primary breast augmentation performed by Dr. Crantford in Charleston, South Carolina. The procedure utilized the Motiva Preserve technique with Motiva Ergonomix Round SmoothSilk (ERSD) implants. A 300cc ERSD implant was placed in the right breast and a 285cc ERSD implant was placed in the left breast to optimize symmetry and achieve the patient’s desired aesthetic outcome. The procedure was completed successfully without complication. Photos are shown at 7 weeks post-op.
This case shows how the Motiva Preserve technique can still accommodate implant asymmetry when a patient’s natural breasts differ slightly in volume, without requiring a departure from the tissue-preserving approach. Using a 300cc and 285cc pairing let Dr. Crantford correct for that difference while keeping the benefits of the Preserve technique’s gentler recovery. At 7 weeks post-op, this patient’s results show a balanced, symmetrical outcome consistent with her surgical goals.
What are Motiva ERSD implants?
Motiva ERSD (Ergonomix Round SmoothSilk) implants are designed to move and feel like natural breast tissue while providing a rounded, moderate profile. They’re a frequently selected option for patients seeking meaningful volume with a proportionate, natural-looking result.
Can the Motiva Preserve technique correct asymmetry?
Yes. As shown in this case, Dr. Crantford can select slightly different implant volumes for each side within the Preserve technique to correct natural asymmetry, without sacrificing the tissue-preserving benefits of the approach.
