Breast BEFORE & AFTER Patient 201: Breast Augmentation
*Keep in mind that each patient is unique and your results may vary.

Before & After
A 20-year-old female patient underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Crantford in Charleston, South Carolina. She chose Motiva implants to enhance her breast volume and achieve a natural, balanced appearance. She received a 285cc RSD implant on the left and a 300cc RSD implant on the right, with implant selection tailored to her individual anatomy and desired outcome. Photos are shown at 3 months post-op.
Selecting slightly different implant volumes for each side, as Dr. Crantford did here with a 285cc and 300cc pairing, allows for correction of natural breast asymmetry while still achieving a balanced, cohesive result. At 3 months post-op, this patient’s results show how the RSD implants have settled into a natural, symmetrical shape.
WHY MIGHT A PATIENT RECEIVE DIFFERENT IMPLANT SIZES ON EACH SIDE?
Most women have some degree of natural breast asymmetry. Using slightly different implant volumes, as in this case, helps Dr. Crantford correct for that difference and create a more balanced, symmetrical outcome.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT 3 MONTHS POST-OP?
By 3 months, most of the initial swelling has resolved and implants have dropped into a more natural position, as shown in this patient’s results. Final results typically continue to refine over the following months.
