This 62-year-old female patient had previously undergone breast augmentation surgery. Her implants were aging and she had experienced some loss of volume in the upper portion of her breasts. She chose to have a breast implant exchange surgery with Dr. Crantford to replace her old implants with a new pair. She is still the same size, but has additional fullness and projection in her upper breasts.
