A 24-year-old female patient underwent bilateral breast augmentation with internal soft-tissue support using GalaFLEX under the care of Dr. Crantford in Charleston, South Carolina. Implant selection included Motiva RSF implants, with a 335cc implant placed in the right breast and a 315cc implant placed in the left breast to optimize symmetry. The procedure was performed to achieve a balanced, natural-appearing enhancement while providing additional soft-tissue support. Photos are shown at 1 year post-op.
Because these photos were taken a full year after surgery, they show the true final result of pairing breast augmentation with GalaFLEX support rather than an interim stage of healing.
