This 53-year-old woman came to Dr. Ulm to rejuvenate her breasts. She had older saline implants that had sagged. She wanted to lift and reshape her breasts with new implants.
Dr. Ulm performed a breast implant exchange, replacing the old saline implants with Allergan SRM 360cc silicone implants and performed a breast lift to reposition and reshape her breasts.
